We visited “The Future of Food,” a complimentary exhibition at the Science Museum in London, which investigates sustainable practices in food production. The exhibition looks into issues such as lab-created meats compared to factory farming and the future of bioengineering, emphasizing the impact of technology on food production and its implications for our diets and the environment. We also found innovations geared towards enhancing sustainability in food production, including a UK firm’s alternative to palm oil, although it is crucial to challenge existing notions about food sources. The “The Future of Food” exhibition is open at the Science Museum until January 4, 2026.
