AWS Outage Impacts Amazon, Alexa, Snapchat, Reddit, and Others

Amazon services like Prime and Alexa, along with online platforms such as Snapchat, Roblox, and Lyft, are facing disruptions, as reported by Downdetector. The issues began to surface shortly after 3 a.m. ET. The status page for Amazon Web Services indicated the issue at 3:11 a.m. ET, and engineers were looking into it, having potentially pinpointed the underlying cause by 5 a.m. ET.

Numerous websites rely on AWS, resulting in widespread internet interruptions when problems arise.
