Is the fourth episode of *IT: Welcome to Derry* the one where we finally encounter Pennywise? Based on HBO’s teaser, it could very well be. The snippet features Dick Hallorann (Chris Chalk) performing an interrogation, Major Hanlon pressing for responses, and ultimately, a recognizable clown-shaped silhouette.
