According to 9to5google, Google has made subtle adjustments to how users access the Remix tool, which is powered by Nano Banana. Earlier, to add a fun hat to your dog’s photo, you would long-press an image and select the “Remix” button located in the lower-left corner. This process remains unchanged, but the button has been resized to be smaller and less prominent. Furthermore, the banana emoji on the button has been substituted with a standard AI image icon.

Moreover, in fullscreen view, the Remix button is no longer positioned over the image; it has now shifted to the bottom-left corner. While these modifications to Nano Banana Remix in Google Messages are not drastic, they are noteworthy to prevent confusion while using these features.
