Black Friday 2024 is occurring later than usual this year, set for **Nov. 29**, which grants shoppers additional time to plan and gives retailers more chances to generate buzz for their holiday promotions.
Best Buy has been active throughout November, unveiling preliminary Black Friday offers and holiday doorbusters. With only a few days remaining until its official Black Friday sale begins, the electronics retailer has disclosed some discounts that customers can look forward to. If you’ve been monitoring their deals earlier this month, some of these offers may ring a bell.
### When does Best Buy’s Black Friday sale commence?
Best Buy’s Black Friday Sale will officially kick off on **Thursday, Nov. 21**, available online, through its mobile app, and in physical stores—eight days before Black Friday itself. The sale will last for 10 days, wrapping up on **Saturday, Nov. 30**, before transitioning into Best Buy’s Cyber Monday promotions on **Sunday, Dec. 1**.

Earlier in the month, Best Buy initiated a series of early Black Friday deals on **Nov. 8**, followed by two waves of weekend doorbusters on **Nov. 8** and **Nov. 15**. Throughout November, Best Buy has also provided limited-time offers and restocks via its app as part of its **”Drops” program**.

In a press statement on **Nov. 18**, Best Buy confirmed that consumers can anticipate Black Friday discounts across a variety of products, including **TVs**, **laptops**, **headphones**, smart rings, electric scooters, and more.
The sale will begin with the reintroduction of seven doorbusters from earlier in the month. Members of Best Buy’s **My Best Buy** program (Plus and Total tiers) will gain early access to these deals starting **Thursday, Nov. 21**, before they become available to all shoppers on **Friday, Nov. 22**:

Even more doorbusters will be available on **Black Friday**, along with rapid Drops on Best Buy’s mobile app starting at **9 a.m. ET**. The retailer assures substantial discounts on items from **Apple**, **Dyson**, **Sony**, **Ninja**, and others.
If you bought something at Best Buy earlier in the month and the price decreases during the Black Friday sale, you can ask for a price adjustment under Best Buy’s **Holiday Price Match Guarantee**. Furthermore, most products purchased through **Dec. 31** can be returned until **Jan. 14, 2025**, as part of the retailer’s **Extended Holiday Return and Exchange Policy**.
