Robert De Niro, a two-time Academy Award recipient with numerous nominations, recently expressed his views on the accolades alongside *Anora* star Mikey Madison, who is contending for Best Lead Actress this year.

While on *The Graham Norton Show*, the host took the chance to inquire if De Niro had any guidance for Madison regarding attending or participating in the Oscars.

De Niro’s reply? A straightforward, upbeat, “No.”

Undeterred, Norton continued by asking if nominees ought to prepare a speech.

“If you prepare one, you’re probably definitely not gonna win,” De Niro joked.

Nevertheless, he concluded on a more positive note: “If you’re nominated, you’ve already won.”
