Adolescence Trailer Showcases Stephen Graham’s Captivating One-Shot Crime Thriller


If you were impressed by Stephen Graham’s role in Philip Barantini’s expertly crafted one-take film *Boiling Point*, then *Adolescence* is essential viewing.

Rejoining director Barantini, Graham embarks on another ambitious single-shot endeavor in Netflix’s crime drama *Adolescence*. This limited four-part series, shot entirely in one continuous take, was co-created and penned by Graham in collaboration with *Joy* writer Jack Thorne. The trailer suggests an intense and captivating experience ahead.

Graham takes on the role of Eddie Miller, a father grappling with the arrest of his 13-year-old son Jamie (played by Owen Cooper) for murder. *Top Boy*’s Ashley Walters portrays Detective Inspector Luke Bascombe, the officer in charge of the investigation, while Graham’s *A Thousand Blows* co-star Erin Doherty plays a clinical psychologist determined to reveal the truth.

The ensemble cast also features Faye Marsay (*Game of Thrones*), Mark Stanley (*Happy Valley*), Christine Tremarco (*The Responder*), and Jo Hartley (*After Life*).
