While on The Tonight Show, host Jimmy Fallon raised the query that has occupied every fan’s thoughts: Why did Lochlan so nonchalantly whip up a protein shake without first cleaning the blender?

Nivola chuckled in response, stating, “It’s been around 12 hours since the finale aired, and I’ve already been asked this question like a thousand times. My answer? I thought Saxon had made a protein shake earlier. I assumed it was just leftover protein powder, and I thought, hey — a little extra protein can’t be a bad thing.”
