If you enjoy daily word puzzles like Wordle, there’s an exciting new challenge you might want to incorporate into your activities: Hurdle.

Hurdle is a five-round word puzzle game that builds upon each previous response. In the initial round, you guess a five-letter term, receiving feedback on letters that are correct, misplaced, or incorrect—similar to Wordle. Once you successfully guess it, you advance to the next round, where your correct answer serves as your starting guess for the following word. This can either provide you with an advantage or leave you guessing, based on how the words connect. In the final round, all your prior answers are utilized as hints, with correct and misplaced letters emphasized to assist you in solving the last challenge.

One important detail to keep in mind: just because a letter shows up several times in past guesses doesn’t mean it will occur that many times in the final word.
