If you encountered difficulties with ChatGPT the day following Christmas, you weren’t the only one. OpenAI’s widely-used chatbot suffered notable outages on Thursday at around 2 p.m. ET, leaving numerous users unable to access the service. The timing was particularly unfortunate, as many people were likely seeking activities to engage in after the holiday celebrations.
