Fresh Information Surfaces Regarding the Foldable iPhone’s Camera, Specifications, and Screen

Samsung is poised to reveal its upcoming foldable smartphones in a matter of weeks, but in the interim, we have some fresh rumors regarding a foldable iPhone to ponder.

This collection of rumors originates from Digital Chat Station on Weibo (via MacRumors). The reputable leaker asserts that the foldable iPhone is currently in the “testing phase of a non-finalized version,” suggesting that these specifics may be subject to change. The speculated features include a 7.58-inch inner display when unfolded and dual 48MP rear camera lenses. The leak also indicates the presence of a hinge crafted from an “amorphous metal glass composite material” along with a titanium alloy frame.

This information follows a recent comment from another well-known Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, who mentioned that the phone was on the verge of production with a target release in 2026. However, this new leak slightly conflicts with Kuo’s earlier assertions; he had anticipated a 7.8-inch display as opposed to the 7.58-inch size detailed in the most recent leak. This doesn’t necessarily imply that anyone was incorrect; rather, it suggests that the specifications may have transformed during the design phase.

We can expect to have more clarity next year.

As we await the arrival of new flagship devices, a variety of budget smartphones and fresh Android devices have been launched in 2025.
