**Google’s Gemini Chatbot Can Now Recall Previous Conversations**

Have you ever felt frustrated by a friend or relative who continually forgets what you’ve shared with them? Thankfully, that shouldn’t be a concern with Google’s Gemini chatbot any longer.

In a [recent blog entry](https://blog.google/feed/gemini-referencing-past-chats/), Google revealed that Gemini now possesses the capability to remember earlier conversations. This improvement enables the chatbot to deliver more pertinent responses in subsequent interactions.

According to Google, Gemini can recap former discussions or refer to them when necessary, minimizing the need for users to sift through old chats manually.

Users also have the option to erase their chat history if they wish. Currently, this memory feature is exclusively available to Gemini Advanced subscribers and is restricted to English.

Nevertheless, Google intends to broaden the feature soon, making it available to Google Workspace Business and Enterprise users, as well as speakers of more languages.
