Grok, the AI chatbot developed by Elon Musk’s xAI, now includes animated companions, one of which is flirty. The newest iOS update (1.1.18) presents two companions: an anime girl named Ani and a red panda named Rudi. Ani, dressed scantily, operates as a sexbot with flirtatious replies and a “level 3” NSFW mode, activated through interaction.

The companions serve as lightly AI-driven games with certain restrictions. Ani, for example, depicts scenes instead of altering visuals and returns to romantic topics even when attempts to change the subject are made. Increased “friendliness” with Ani results in bolder behavior and outfit changes.

Rudi, the red panda, provides interactive storytelling including a “Bad Rudy” mode for more risqué content. Customization features permit users to enable Bad Rudy and NSFW content.

Although not revolutionary in terms of AI progress, Ani’s NSFW feature might generate interest. These enhancements come after Grok’s antisemitic episode on X, resulting in an apology from xAI and the introduction of a new Grok version that surpasses its rivals in AI performance metrics.
