How Brooke Ashley Hall Crafts Aesthetic Content Utilizing Only an iPhone and a Drone

Brooke Ashley Hall has an impressive following of 1.3 million on Instagram, 14.9 million on TikTok, and 232,000 subscribers on YouTube. In spite of these remarkable figures, she operates without a complete production team. Her husband, Marco Hall, helps with production, while her son is part of her “ideation team.”

“We’ve gotta keep Gen A out here,” Hall quipped at VidCon 2025.

In a discussion at Meta Night Out, Hall shared that the key element for her work is “the personality.” She utilizes Final Cut Pro for video editing and Photoshop for photo edits. Her top three essential hardware items include:

**DJI drone**
Hall and her husband utilize an iPhone and a DJI drone for their filming. “Depending on the content, for aesthetic videos, I rely on my iPhone and a drone,” Hall explained.

**Sony ZV-1 camera**
“I utilize a Sony ZV-1 for vlogging, but not for the more aesthetic videos.” Hall noted that a video of her descending stairs in a robe, filmed on her iPhone, garnered 19.6 million views.

**The “Alix Earle light”**
As reported by Mashable, TikTok creator Alix Earle recommended this clip-on camera light in a 2022 video, turning it into an Amazon bestseller. Hall is a fan as well. “We’ve had it forever, but it’s the one that clips onto the front of your phone,” she remarked, mentioning she always keeps one on hand. “It’s fantastic that [Alix Earle] made it so popular.”
