If you enjoy daily word challenges such as Wordle, then Hurdle is an excellent addition to your puzzle-solving lineup.

Hurdle is a five-round word game that tests your vocabulary and reasoning abilities. In the initial round, you aim to guess the right five-letter word. Similar to Wordle, your guesses will indicate correct letters (in the correct position), misplaced letters (in the wrong spot), and letters that are not in the word at all. After successfully identifying the first word, you proceed to the next “hurdle,” where your earlier answer becomes your initial guess for the new word. This can prove to be either useful or deceptive, depending on the chosen word.

By the time you arrive at the last hurdle, all your past correct answers are displayed, with their letter positions emphasized to assist you in solving the final word. However, remember that just because a letter was emphasized several times in prior rounds doesn’t guarantee it appears that many times in the final word.
