Data from Similarweb reveals that in just the past month, Crush AI received over 250,000 visits, with roughly 90% of this traffic coming from Meta’s platforms.

The advertisements for Crush AI directly market its service, showcasing images of actual individuals such as Instagram influencer Mikayla Demaiter and OnlyFans creator Sophie Rain. The ads purport that users can “upload a photo” and “remove anyone’s clothing.” Even though Meta strives to eliminate these ads, Crush AI has discovered an easy workaround: it establishes fake profile pages using AI-generated profile images and launches new ads through these accounts. These advertisements frequently link to various domain names, which eventually redirect users back to Crush AI.
Mashable has previously highlighted other cases of **deepfakes** and **AI services** utilizing Meta’s ad tools to attract traffic and earn revenue from AI-generated adult content. Such advertisements breach Meta’s policies, and while the company often takes them down when they are spotted, the problem continues.
