Mortal Kombat enthusiasts, Round 2 is finally here. Warner Bros. unveiled an exhilarating trailer for the follow-up to the 2021 adaptation of the legendary Midway Games. This time, three legendary fighters will join the already impressive roster of returning characters, featuring Karl Urban as Johnny Cage, Tati Gabrielle as Jade, and Adeline Rudolph as Kitana. Director Simon McQuoid and producer James Wan are both back, with a script penned by Jeremy Slater of Moon Knight fame. Mortal Kombat II is set to premiere in theaters on Oct. 24, 2025.
