Rainbows hold significant importance in *Arco*. The film’s young hero, Arco, inadvertently utilizes one to travel through time from his serene future to the year 2075. In this new era, he confronts a perilous world and meets a girl named Iris. Together with Iris’ robotic guardian Mikki, they embark on a quest to rescue the world and bring Arco back home.

*Arco* is scheduled to be featured at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival, following an active festival run. It debuted at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival and claimed the Cristal for Best Feature Film at the 2025 Annecy International Animation Film Festival. Could it be a contender for the Oscar for Best Animated Feature?

The film originates in French, showcasing vocal performances from talents such as *Little Women*’s Louis Garrel and *Anatomy of a Fall*’s Swann Arlaud. The English version features a notable cast, including Will Ferrell, America Ferrera, Flea, Natalie Portman, Mark Ruffalo, and Andy Samberg. Portman also served as a producer for the film.

*Arco* is set to hit select theaters on Nov. 14.
