Disney+ has released the complete trailer for Percy Jackson & The Olympians Season 2, teasing an exhilarating adventure. This season adapts The Sea of Monsters, the second installment in Rick Riordan’s series, following Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell), the offspring of Poseidon (Toby Stephens). After securing Zeus’ (Courtney B. Vance) Master Bolt and preventing a conflict in Season 1, Percy is back at Camp Half-Blood for the summer.

This time, Percy’s companion Grover (Aryan Simhadri) is absent as he seeks Pan. At the same time, Kronos’ ally Luke (Charlie Bushnell) has tainted the tree that safeguards the camp, previously belonging to Zeus’ daughter Thalia (Tamara Smart). Percy is compelled to venture to the Sea of Monsters, commonly referred to as the Bermuda Triangle, to acquire the Golden Fleece and rescue Grover and the camp.

Accompanying him are Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries), daughter of Athena (Andra Day); Clarisse (Dior Goodjohn), daughter of Ares (Adam Copeland); and Tyson (Daniel Diemer), Percy’s cyclops half-sibling. The trailer suggests grand maritime battles, new beings, and an appearance of Thalia in action. Fans are excited to see Grover in a wedding gown, a standout moment from the book.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 debuts on Dec. 10 on Disney+.
