Tuesday’s Apple event was so engaging that it pulled viewers away from Pornhub, particularly those who are Apple enthusiasts. Last year’s event succeeded in diverting iPhone users from the site, but not those on Android. This year followed a similar trend, as per insights from Pornhub. During key announcements such as the AirPods Pro 3 and iPhone Air, traffic from Android users was nearly two percent higher than normal. The iPhone Air’s stylish design didn’t seem to attract much interest.

On the other hand, iPhone users exhibited a different trend. As soon as the event commenced, Pornhub traffic fell by 16.2 percent among Apple users. Some returned to adult content during the AirPods Pro 3 announcement, with traffic only 12.9 percent lower than average. The heart-rate monitoring feature didn’t appear to thrill them.

The Apple Watch Series 11 announcement led to a further decline in traffic to 15.3 percent. Perhaps it was the improved battery life that caught viewers’ attention.

The iPhone announcements turned out to be the main attraction, particularly the revelation of the iPhone 17, which resulted in a 16.6 percent drop in traffic. The Air and Pro announcements experienced slightly lesser declines (15.6 and 15.8 percent, respectively) but were still noteworthy.

Even minutes after the event wrapped up, Pornhub traffic from iPhone users stayed below average, indicating that everyone needed some time off.
