Are the Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones from 2020? Indeed. Nonetheless, they remain a genuinely strong set of noise-cancelling headphones. While they might not feature the absolute best noise cancellation or sound quality, both aspects will perform adequately — and at less than half the cost of most premium models from the last couple of years. They boast the same battery life as the WH-1000XM5s and XM6s, in addition to the foldable ear cups that Sony recently reintroduced on the XM6s.
If you prefer a more recent model, the XM5s are also discounted by $100 — but we believe the sub-$200 pricing on these headphones is a rarer opportunity and, ultimately, a superior deal.

The AirPods Pro frequently go on sale throughout the year more often than one might expect, but rarely for $89 off. Priced at $159.99, these earbuds are only $6 shy of the lowest price we’ve recorded once. They may drop to that price (or lower) during Prime Day, but there is some chance of them selling out. If you wish to purchase them before the promotional frenzy begins, this is a fantastic price point for our preferred AirPods.
