CES is recognized for its groundbreaking ideas, and at the 2026 event, Razer unveiled its own unique proposal. The gaming accessory brand presented a concept gaming headset called Project Motoko, which provides more than mere audio and voice chat functionalities. This wireless AI wearable works with major AI platforms such as Gemini and OpenAI, performing tasks akin to smart glasses, but in a headset format.
Project Motoko is equipped with front-facing cameras for real-time recognition of objects and text, inclusive of language translation and document scanning, as shown by Razer. It also comes with multiple microphones for recognizing voice commands with any AI assistant. While it possesses features comparable to AI-enhanced smart glasses, it is still a concept lacking a release date or price tag.
