The r/FreeLuigi subreddit focuses on discussions about Luigi Mangione, a 26-year-old suspect in the December 2024 murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Following Mangione’s arrest, he has garnered considerable online support—both as a symbol of discontent with the U.S. healthcare system and for his perceived physical appeal.
