Ruggable has made a name for itself in the DTC rug sector by blending aesthetics with functionality, and its newest release is designed to improve ease for rug purchasers. As of September 30, Ruggable is broadening its lineup to feature the All-in-One rug, a washable option that includes an integrated rug pad. This innovative product is presented in two textures: the medium-pile Tufted rug and the Plush rug, with the latter being heralded as Ruggable’s “thickest and softest rug yet,” according to the press announcement. Tufted All-in-One rugs come in 13 sizes, beginning at $119 for a two-by-three-foot option, while Plush All-in-One rugs are available in four sizes, starting at $439 for a five-by-seven-foot variant.
Earlier, when Mashable evaluated Ruggable’s conventional rug design, the overall experience was largely favorable, aside from the challenge of aligning the rug cover with the rug pad. The reviewer remarked that although alignment was not overly complicated, the velcro backing made it more challenging than repositioning a typical rug atop a pad. The All-in-One rug resolves the alignment issue with its integrated rug pad, also providing flexibility that simplifies fitting into a washing machine. The Tufted All-in-One rug launches with seven new patterns, while the Plush All-in-One features nine.
The All-in-One backing is characterized as distinct, delivering a softer feel for greater comfort, styles that maintain color vibrancy longer after laundering, and no edge curling.
The Tufted All-in-One rug is offered in 13 sizes with the following pricing:
– 2 x 3-foot: $119
– 2.5 x 7-foot: $199
– 2.5 x 10-foot: $249
– 2.5 x 12-foot: $299
– 3 x 5-foot: $169
– 4 x 6-foot: $299
– 5 x 7-foot: $399
– 6 x 9-foot: $499
– 8 x 10-foot: $699
– 9 x 12-foot: $999
– 10 x 14-foot: $1,299
– 6-foot round: $499
– 8-foot round: $599
The Plush All-in-One is available in four sizes, with prices as follows:
– 5 x 7-foot: $439
– 6 x 9-foot: $569
– 8 x 10-foot: $799
– 9 x 12-foot: $1,099
While the All-in-One rugs tend to be slightly pricier than those requiring separate rug pads, they offer better value when the cost of a standard or cushioned rug pad is factored in.
For those looking for a more affordable choice, the washable rug brand Tumble presents faux fur rugs with built-in rug pads in four different sizes, ranging from $159 for a two-and-a-half-foot-by-seven-foot runner to $379 for a six-by-nine-foot rug.
Ruggable All-in-One rugs can be found on Ruggable’s website as of September 30.
