Hsu portrays Ruby, a woman whose existence takes a strange turn upon discovering that all her past lovers are dying in mysterious ways. Is it merely a chilling coincidence, or is Ruby inadvertently imparting some type of supernatural “sex curse”? Eager to unveil the truth, Ruby partners with her closest friend AJ, played by Mamet, to revisit her previous relationships and alert her exes of their (likely) impending peril. However, as they embark on this unconventional journey, mayhem follows. How can Ruby manage love when everyone she connects with appears fated for demise?
