Threads keeps expanding! As per Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the platform’s user count is on the rise.

On Tuesday, Zuckerberg provided an update regarding Threads’ monthly users through the platform.

“Threads is on the rise,” he noted. “We’ve just surpassed 400M monthly actives here.”

Threads’ monthly user statistics have been consistently increasing since its debut in summer 2023. At first, it gained about 100 million registrations in its initial week and hit 275 million monthly active users by November 2024.

In contrast, X has faced difficulties since Elon Musk’s acquisition. The site has recently experienced a decline in users within the EU, and data indicates that Threads is approaching X in terms of daily active users.
