Robot vacuums are intended to simplify life, but at times they seem to require more assistance than they provide. Getting caught on rug edges, struggling with pet hair, entirely overlooking corners — the struggle is real. One brand that has caught our attention is Dreame, and right now, one of its latest models is discounted. (But you need to act fast!)

As of Oct. 22, the Dreame L50 Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop is available for $999.99, down from $1,599.99, at Amazon. This represents a 38% reduction and a $600 price cut. The only caveat? This is a Lightning Deal, so it won’t last long.

The L50 Ultra certainly appears to be Dreame addressing those typical robot vacuum complaints. It features a “ProLeap” system with small retractable legs that elevate it up to six centimeters (over two inches) to overcome potentially tricky thresholds. It also incorporates a “HyperStream Detangling DuoBrush” specially crafted to manage hair without turning it into a tangled mess. The “Dual Flex Arm” technology extends both the side brush and the mop to better reach those difficult edges and go under furniture.

In addition to the intelligent design, it provides 19,500Pa suction. The all-in-one dock is also about as low-maintenance as it gets: it empties the dustbin (for up to 100 days), cleans the mops with hot water, dries them, refills the water/solution tanks, and even self-cleans.
