Saturday Night Live alum Pete Davidson plays Max, a young offender assigned community service at a senior living facility as restitution for his actions. However, something malevolent is occurring behind the doors of the home. Max starts to notice odd events and uncovers bizarre secrets, leading to shocking discoveries, though few genuinely frightful moments.

Featuring: Pete Davidson, John Glover, and Bruce Altman

How to watch: The Home is currently showing on Starz.

6. Evil Influencer: The Jodi Hildebrandt Story

The disturbing tale of Jodi Hildebrandt and her impact on the family of YouTuber Ruby Franke has been featured in various true crime broadcasts. However, this film, running for an hour and 41 minutes, delves deeper into Hildebrandt’s history. Documentarian Skye Borgman (Abducted in Plain Sight, Unknown Number: The High School Catfish) interviews Hildebrandt’s former patients and specialists to understand how she cultivated a cult around the idea of a healthier, happier Mormon marriage.

In detailing the crimes committed by Hildebrandt and Franke, including child abuse, Evil Influencer also explores how the disgraced therapist’s own trauma related to misogynistic gender roles within the church may have contributed to her distorted sense of empowerment. However, Borgman seeks understanding without implying any justification for what occurred to the Franke children.

How to watch: Evil Influencer: The Jodi Hildebrandt Story is currently streaming on Netflix.

5. Good Night, and Good Luck: Live From Broadway

Alright, if you aren’t up to date with Broadway happenings, this one may be a tad perplexing. Two decades ago, George Clooney co-wrote, directed, and co-starred in a historical drama titled Good Night, and Good Luck, featuring David Strathairn in the role of American journalist Edward R. Murrow.

In 2025, Clooney brought a theatrical adaptation of Murrow’s story to Broadway, stepping into the lead role himself. After receiving five Tony nominations, the production closed. However, on June 8, 2025, Clooney and his team performed it live on CNN for viewers across the nation. Now, you can stream this recording of Good Night, and Good Luck whenever you desire. Check it out to see if it meets the expectations.

Featuring: George Clooney, Ilana Glazer, Glenn Flesher, Clark Gregg, Carter Hudson, Paul Gross, Christopher Denham, Fran Kranz, Marc Brandt, Will Dagger, and Georgia Heers

How to watch: Good Night, and Good Luck: Live from Broadway is now available for rent or purchase on Prime Video.

4. Eternity

One of the top comedies of 2025 is now accessible digitally. Co-written and directed by David Freyne, Eternity envisions an afterlife where you can choose what your heaven resembles. But there’s a catch: you can only choose once. So, when Larry Cutler (Miles Teller) passes away after decades with his beloved wife Joan (Elizabeth Olsen), he opts to linger in a purgatory resembling a train station for his wife to join him. There’s just one complication: Larry is Joan’s second husband. Her first was Luke (Callum Turner), a charming war veteran who passed away in their youth, and he is also awaiting at the not-so-heavenly gates.
