From radroaches to deathclaws, there are numerous elements in *Fallout* that I’m pleased aren’t part of our reality. Nonetheless, some of its futuristic technology would be fantastic for daily life. Who wouldn’t desire a Pip-Boy on their wrist?
The cast members and showrunner of *Fallout* have their respective thoughts on which technology they would like to adopt from the series.
In an interview with Mashable, *Fallout* co-creator and showrunner Geneva Robertson-Dworet noted that she would select cold fusion, the endless power source introduced at the conclusion of Season 1. This technology is pivotal in Season 2 as wasteland factions compete for dominance over it.
Aaron Moten, who portrays Brotherhood of Steel Knight Maximus, would opt for the T-60 power armor suit. “Just for running errands, or taking the dog out,” Moten quipped. “Just the little things in life, where you wish to be invulnerable.”
Walton Goggins, who plays the Ghoul/Cooper Howard, took a contrasting stance. “I’m not fond of technology, you know? A phone bums me out. I’m going to be the only person to simply say nothing,” Goggins stated. “You can have it, you can keep it! I don’t want to exist in that world!”
The reply appears appropriate for Cooper Howard. “He steers clear of technology for sure,” Goggins mentioned. “He’s an analog person, which I believe makes him quite appealing, at least to me, anyway.”
