ChatGPT Compiled Your AI Activities for 2025: Here’s How to Access Them

ChatGPT is introducing a customized end-of-year summary called Your Year with ChatGPT, akin to Spotify Wrapped, to reflect on your interaction with the AI.

What is Your Year with ChatGPT?

Initiated today, Your Year with ChatGPT offers a personalized overview of your engagements with the AI chatbot over the year, featuring metrics like the total messages sent, conversations had, images created, and “em-dashes exchanged.”

Similar to the clubs in Spotify Wrapped, Your Year with ChatGPT presents “awards” according to your usage, be it for brainstorming business concepts, producing images, or other activities. Users are posting superlatives such as “Most Likely to Automate His Entire Personality” and “Most Likely to Automate His Own Thought Process.”

The summary includes an AI-generated poem and visuals, including a pixel graphic inspired by your interests. These visuals are intended for saving and sharing, highlighting your reliance on AI in 2025.

How to obtain Your Year with ChatGPT

To retrieve Your Year with ChatGPT, access ChatGPT via your web browser or through the app on Android or iOS, ensuring it is updated. It should be prominently featured on the homepage. You can also prompt ChatGPT by saying, “show me my year with ChatGPT.”

You need sufficient chatbot usage data, with “reference saved memory” and “reference chat history” activated in settings. Available to free, Plus, or Pro users in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, OpenAI is rolling it out throughout the day.
