I have tested numerous leading robot vacuums that did not make the most recent list. Models such as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, Roborock Qrevo Master, Narwal Freo X Ultra, and various Roomba j7 versions were previously top recommendations but have been outdone by newer, stronger models. Some 2025 introductions like the Dreame X50 Ultra, recognized for its “climbing” capability, did not secure a place among the top selections. Newer Dreame models with enhanced features are anticipated in fall 2025, and I will refresh the list as necessary.
