CES 2026: Dell Introduces the Opulent 52-Inch 6K Ultrawide Monitor, Marking a Global First

Dell’s new Ultrasharp monitor is impressively large. The American technology leader unveiled its UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor at CES this week, branding it as “the world’s first 52-inch ultrawide curved 6K monitor.” Mashable experienced it firsthand in Dell’s showroom, and it almost eclipsed the desk it occupied.

The UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor is designed to be a more efficient substitute for a dual or triple monitor arrangement for heavy multitaskers, especially those who log extended hours. It includes an ambient light sensor that modulates its brightness throughout the day, and Dell asserts it produces 60 percent less blue light than competing monitors, making it easy on the eyes in several ways. It features a 21:9 aspect ratio, an anti-glare surface, and IPS Black panel technology for rich contrast and accurate colors.

In its announcement, Dell proposes the UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor for “financial traders, data scientists, engineers, and executives who handle multiple applications at once,” but its 120Hz refresh rate also makes it ideal for gaming after hours. (Picture playing Stardew Valley on this display.) It can accommodate up to four PCs simultaneously, so go ahead and indulge.

The UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor is not the largest curved desktop monitor on the market. (Greetings to Samsung’s 57-inch Odyssey Neo G9.) It also isn’t the sole 6K monitor available. (The Apple Pro Display XDR and the Asus ProArt Display 6K PA32QCV are merely two instances.) However, no other option merges its colossal size with an impressively sharp 6K resolution.

The UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor is currently available on Dell’s website, priced at $2,899.99 with its height-adjustable stand and $2,799.99 without.
